*1. English proficiency test certificate
For example, IELTS or TOEFL, only for applicant whose native language is not English.
*2. Provide financial proof (or bank certificate) that can guarantee one year tuition fee.
*3. Blank Page in Your Passport
*4. Provide the copy of passport (first page/ photo page) and 3 blank visa pages.
If the applicant has entry and exit records, visa page and the page with exit seal shall be provided.
*5. Two-inch personal photo with blue or white background.
*6. High school academic transcript
According to Liaoning Province Government Requirement: academic transcript in languages other than Chinese should be translated into Chinese and be certified by notarization. If you can not find translation organization, please contact CUCAS.

8. Supporting Documents: Certificate of Good Conduct
Provided by your current/previous school/company in Chinese/English to improve your success rate.
